Fiscal Metering Systems

Hydraulic Power Units

H.P.U.’s mounted on portable or static skids, with single or multiple pumps and alternatively, with or without fluid supply reservoirs. As an option, accumulators, fluid level and pressure monitoring and automatic changeover systems can be added to complement the HPU. Units can also be supplied trailer mounted and the selection of pumps allows for Gas, Pneumatic or Electrically powered units.

Relief Valve Test Skids

For the Site testing and calibration of flow-line and pipeline relief valves- Includes accumulator and selection of Flanges for alternative Relief Valve sizes.

AMFLOW VALVE controls

Constant Flow Control Valves precisely meter injection chemicals into the flow lines independently of inlet pressure fluctuation from the supply pumps.

Chemical Injection Dosing Pump Skids

Trolley mounted portable or free standing static chemical injection pump skids with calibration meters for delivery of chemicals of injection into flow-lines.

The pumps can be pneumatic, gas or electric driven with local and remote adjustable variable outputs. These pump skids can be supplied with or alternatively without chemical holding tanks to allow the use of standard tote tanks as the fluid source.

Chemical Injection Control Panels

Chemical Injection control panels with independent AMFLOW Constant Flow Control Valves for each flow line or alternative chemicals with manual or remote adjustment of flow rate for up to 50 well flow-lines. Options include flow monitoring with local and remote indicators and calibration headers

Accumulator Racks

We can supply multiple coupled accumulators pre-fitted, tubed and mounted vertically in a purpose designed rack.

Actuator Control Panels

These can be either hydraulic or pneumatic.

Built to customer requirements incorporating mahle filters.
